If your boiler is broken down and you are without heating and hot water, we will class this as an emergency and will aim to get your new boiler installed within 24 hours of acceptance of our quotation.

Our boilers come with between 5-12 years of parts and labour warranty direct from the manufacturer! This means you can rest assured that your new boiler is in safe hands if you have any problems we are here to help and will be for the lifetime of your boiler.

4. 💳 How can I pay for my new boiler?
We offer a range of flexible payment options so you can spread the cost of your new boiler over a period that suits you. Cash or cheque is also accepted.

1. 📅 When Does My Cover Begin?
Your cover starts from the date your application is successfully submitted. Please note that there is an initial 30-day waiting period during which claims cannot be made. This helps prevent claims for pre-existing issues and allows us to keep premiums as affordable as possible.

2. 🔄 Can I Switch from Another Home Emergency Provider?
Yes, in most cases you can cancel your existing home emergency policy and move your cover to boilerPRO. If you would like advice on switching, please contact our friendly sales team on 01372620621.

3. 📄 Am I Locked Into a Contract?
No. If you cancel within 14 days of setting up your policy, we will provide a full refund of any premium paid for the current policy period, with no cancellation fees. You can cancel your cover at any time after this period, although cancellation charges may apply. Please refer to our Policy Terms and Conditions for full details.

4. 💷 Are There Any Excess or Call-Out Charges?
If you choose one of our standard plans without a £60 fixed excess, you will not pay any excess charges. For plans that include a £60 fixed excess, a £60 charge will apply for each initial call-out. This fee is non-refundable but will not be charged again for any follow-up visits within 30 days relating to the same fault. Your annual boiler service is included with no call-out charge.
